The seller, Vanguard Volkswagen of North Austin, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and Vanguard Volkswagen of North Austin, hereby neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of any parts or accessories.
No return ordered parts. No return on any airbag related items. NOTICE: All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by this bill. No Refunds After 10 Days. 25% Charge On Any stocked Items Returned. Parts that are incomplete, damaged, rusty, painted or show signs of installation or testing are not returnable or eligible for return, 25% restocking fee on any parts accepted for return. Any items returned, must be in original unopened container and in salable condition.
All special orders must be prepaid. No returns after 10 days. Not responsible for damage in transit – all claims must be filed with carrier. No refund on electrical or special ordered parts. No returns without this invoice.
Please allow 2-4 working days for shipment of your order. Most orders will be shipped from our stock within 24 hours, though some special order items may take up to 14 business days. If we cannot meet this time frame, we will contact you. Oversize or overweight items may require additional shipping charges. We will contact you with the estimate of the additional charges once your order has been received.
